91-unit apartment community consisting of one, two, and three-bedroom units on the desirable west side of Colorado Springs offering expansive views of the mountains and downtown. The residences are located in one 3-story building and one 4-story, elevator serviced building. The community contains a clubhouse with workout center, hot tub, dog wash, small tot lot, and an outdoor gathering space as well as access to adjacent open spaces and trails.
Construction was completed in the fall of 2018.

Student housing for the nearby University of Colorado-Colorado Springs campus. The community consists of 54 units with 141 leasable bedrooms in three buildings, (two 3-story and one 2.5-story). The residences contain 2-3 bedrooms with a common kitchen and living room. Construction was completed in August 2018.
Highlands at Redhawk
A luxury apartment community in Castle Rock, CO containing 56 one, two, and three bedroom units, all with private attached garages. The community consists of five 2-story buildings with a clubhouse, fitness center, and pool.
Construction was completed in March 2018.
